"The approach of Luca Pignatelli to the world is through architecture. His paintings evoke the Roman temples, Pompeii and ancient art, of which the artist suffers the charm. Archaeological survey on the flanks of modern architecture and in particular industry, are represented in his works by war planes, trucks and locomotives, but also in the choice of media such as tarpaulins rail. Attention to detail, an architectural dark shades and a suspended, present in large paintings of landscapes characterized by the representation of a world in constant danger and by the continuation of civilization in an atmosphere of threat. Pignatelli Luca has always worked in an art in which language becomes the tool that produces a Standing alarm system, which spans an incursion things to a dynamic sensitivity and awareness, as a deterrent to the real strips of its inertia and increases by the intensity of an excellent move, a vibrant language and yes, lacerante and total. Pignatelli poetic works on a mobile and flexible level, on a project continually bypassed and upset. The idea of poetry is not the traditional loyalty of style and pictorial material, but to continue the un'aderenza ' all'impulso creative image.
