  About the Author

  Yensa Manor was educated in England and France and has been variously a teacher, restaurant manager and strategic consultant. She writes prolifically for pleasure and lectures on a part-time basis at London's South Bank University. One of her greatest loves in life, outside her daughter Jocasta, is Ashtanga yoga, at which she is an experienced practitioner.
