A selection of works in ceramics Ignazio Moncada: vases, plates, sculptures testify to the lively and multifaceted oeuvre, characterized by the vitality of color and attention to the sign. Moncada is a prolific artist who, motivated by the urge to experiment on different materials, plasma and multiple works by acting on simple media, such as wooden planks retrieved, either by creating monumental structures such as the Wall of polychrome ceramics of 6 x 3 meters, achieved in Gibellina in 1979, and the ceramic bench 42 meters long, made for Albissola Marina in 2007. Moncada also invented the Pont-Art, a trend that grows on the scaffolding of houses under construction, which provides pictorial on the covers of plastic surfaces around the walls of the houses.
